Our Booking Policy

Reservations require a 50% deposit with the balance due on or before the date of the booking.  Deposits may be paid by cash, Venmo, check, money order or credit card.  There will be a $25.00 fee applied to all returned checks. A cancellation 31 days or more prior to the booking date will result in 50% of the deposit being refunded. The full deposit may be applied, one time, to a future date in the same calendar year. A cancellation within 30 days of the booking date will result in a loss of deposit. If Capt. Bryan must cancel a trip due to dangerous weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given, or the full amount may be applied to a re-scheduled date in the future. No Shows on the day of the charter will be liable for the full price of the charter.
